Fall River Electric’s annual meeting of members will be conducted online rather than in-person as previously announced. This change from having a live event at Teton High School in Driggs is being made as a precautionary measure to protect our members and staff from the coronavirus (COVID-19).
The election of board members from districts 2, 3, and 8 will continue along with proposed by-law changes and an advisory vote. This ballot information will be available for voting online, mail-in, and curbside driveup in-person balloting at each of the three Fall River offices in Ashton, Driggs, and West Yellowstone.
Full details as to how you can watch the annual meeting has been mailed to all active members of the Cooperative including your ballot. Fall River Electric has also provide candidate video statements here on the website under the heading “VIDEO NEWS”. Election results will be announced at 1 p.m. MDT on Saturday, June 13 on the Co-op’s website.
