Billing & Payment Options


Receive your bills in your e-mail inbox and never again worry about missing a bill while you are out of town. Sign-up for e-bill now. After you sign up, you will receive a link to your next bill in your inbox. Open the link and you will have a chance to choose a password, if you have not already paid a bill online in the past. You can pay your bill while you are online or by phone, at one of our offices, or through the mail.

Pay Online

Whether you get your bills in the mail or through e-bill, you can make your payments online. Click on “Member Login” to see and pay your bills. You can also access past bills or set up automatic payments.

You need an e-mail address on your account in order to create an online account. If you have already given us your e-mail address, just click on “Member Login” and then on “New User” to create an online account.

If you do not already have an e-mail address on your account, please contact us at 208-652-7431 or 800-632-5726, or by secure e-mail, to do so. Once we have your e-mail address in the system, you can set up a unique password and create an online account.

Pay From Your Smart Phone

Download Fall River Electric’s app, MY FR APP, from either the iTunes store or Google Play and you can not only pay your bill via your smart phone but you can check your balance, see your previous payment history and even report a power outage. Another valuable feature of the app is your ability to view your kilowatt usage, which may provide you with information that will help you lower your monthly energy bill.

Automatic Payments – We Accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard & Visa or Electronic ACH Payments

Want your bill paid every month, on time, without having to think about it? Set up automatic payments when you click “Member Login“. Please note that you cannot set an automatic payment date later than your bill due date. Your bill must be at $0.00 before an automatic payment can be scheduled.

You can also contact us at 1-800-632-5726 to set up automatic payments from your checking account, or send a voided check with your monthly payment in the mail and we will set up an automatic draft for you. Automatic payments can be made from checking or savings accounts or by MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express.

Easy Pay Prepaid Service

Our Easy Pay service is available only for residential members of the Cooperative. It allows you to establish a pre-payment method which facilitates you to make payments whenever it is most convenient for you and in the amounts you want to pay.
A minimum amount of $100 is required as the pre-payment to set up Easy Pay. Each day, Fall River Electric will deduct your previous day’s electric power usage and a small portion of your monthly Access Fee from your pre-paid balance. Your account balance is available for your to review at any time 24/7 at or by using the MY FR app on your smartphone. Once your balance reaches a pre-determined low balance amount, Fall River Electric will send you a text or email message or both, whichever is most convenient for you.

If you are a new member of Fall River Electric, using Easy-Pay avoids you having to pay a deposit, which is typically at least $200. Remember, as with any pre-payment program, once your balance is gone, your power turns off until a new balance is added to your account.

Level Pay

Winter bills are often much higher than summer bills in our snowy area. We offer an option to take the sting out of bills that spike when the thermostat drops. Level Pay averages your energy use over the trailing 12 months plus your current invoice and then creates an average that will become your monthly bill. Since it is an average of your past 13 months, the monthly amount will change slightly on each invoice.

Level Pay works best when you have at least 13 months of consecutive prior service. Your account balance must be at $0 in order to enroll in this program. If you have any questions about Level Pay, please give us a call toll-free at 800-632-5726.
