In an effort to improve service to members and provide more time for Member Service representatives to handle member phone calls and online chats, Fall River Electric has outsourced the processing of member payments to an experienced third party.
Effective immediately, members should mail payments on their account to the following address:

This new address now appears on the payment stub of member statements. According to Member Services Manager Brand Hathaway, “The primary function of a Member Service representative is to be available during normal business hours to assist members. This bill payment change will allow for more member interaction with our staff, while reducing the paperwork processing that our Member Service reps have been doing.”
To avoid payments being lost in the mail, payment for monthly electrical service can also be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards via Fall River Electric’s website at www.fallriverelectric.com. Click the tab titled “Member Login” on the homepage to set up a secure online account. Members can also arrange for payments using a bank or credit union account automatic draft.
